We left straight away and paid for a decent hotel ourselves once we saw how dirty and neglected this place was. The photos on booking.com don’t reflect its actual condition. It was disgusting. I’d suggest staying in a city centre hotel instead, since public transport works well. Birmingham Central Station to the airport takes 9 minutes.
