Anca made our breakfast at the Crowne Plaza Solihull EHG restaurant such a positive start to the day. She was welcoming from the moment we arrived, kind and approachable, and very professional, with a great eye for detail. Her service reflects really well on the hotel. Thank you, Anca. I’d recommend the place because of her friendly manner and professionalism.

We only had one night at the crowne plaza Solihull as part of a coach trip, and wished we could have stayed longer. Touchwood shopping centre is right opposite, and we enjoyed looking around the range of shops before leaving. Dinner was good, and the chicken schnitzel was especially tasty. The staff at the meal and at breakfast were friendly and helpful, and breakfast had plenty of choice, including a good variety of cooked items. The hotel felt warm and welcoming as soon as we walked in, with nice decorations and ornaments. Reception staff quickly gave us our keys and pointed us to the bar to book dinner. The room and the other areas looked clean and tidy, and the room was a good size with a very comfortable, huge king bed. It was warm enough too. We’d recommend the hotel to friends and would stay again if we were nearby.

The room was comfortable, especially the bed, and the reception and shared area felt warm and welcoming. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. My only complaints are that the bedrooms have no drawers for clothes and the lighting is dim.

It was my first stay here and I had a lovely time. Everyone working there was amazing, from the kitchen and reception teams to the other hotel staff. Anca especially was understanding and helpful at both breakfast and lunch. Take her helpful advice!

Caitlin looked after us at dinner and was so kind and attentive. My steak was amazing, too. My partner and I had a wonderful stay, with a clean room, comfortable beds, and great amenities. All the staff were really friendly during dinner service. We’ll definitely come again when we visit.
