We spent one and a half months at Hamlyn Green, and it was an absolutely enjoyable stay. The apartment felt cosy and like home, with more amenities and facilities than a normal household might need. The property manager and staff were responsive, flexible and caring, and treated us more like friends than customers. It’s conveniently placed for many supermarkets and shops, and even Shirley park, where my child enjoyed playing. Bus stops just outside serve routes to and from Birmingham city centre. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it for either a short or long stay.

We’ve stayed in this flat twice and have been very pleased with it. It’s comfortable and convenient for amenities and sightseeing, and Sean and Charlie are easy to reach by call or text and very helpful if anything comes up. The kitchen suited our needs well, with a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. The clean bathroom comes with soft towels and shower and hand gel, changed weekly; a quick text to Charlie gets extras if needed. The beds are very comfortable, with plenty of wardrobe space, and linen is changed each week. In the lounge there’s a table, chairs, settee and a large TV with satellite. Bus stops are right outside, and the service runs regularly to Birmingham and Solihull. A supermarket is a two-minute walk away, while Shirley’s local shopping area, with lots of shops and a large supermarket, is five minutes on foot. This standard of accommodation and convenience makes the stay much more enjoyable. Thank you, Roommotel.

The owners went above and beyond to help with my needs while I was attending SpireParkway Hospital. I felt at ease in this modern, clean and comfy apartment, a lovely home away from home. It was just perfect and pretty close to the airport, and nothing was too much trouble for the owners.

Sean and Charlie made the stay even better. The room was amazing, service was top-notch, and the location worked really well. I’ll definitely stay here again.
