For the price, this was very good, and the location was excellent. The room was clean and nicely decorated, with a full-size fridge, and the bathroom was big. Ours was an odd layout, reached by going up 3 steps. A couple of small fixes would help: the shower head needs attention, there's nowhere to put toiletries in the shower, and the main bathroom could use a hook or two. Otherwise, excellent. I'd use it again if I'm in the area.

The caretakers were friendly and helpful, and really made our stay wonderful. The B&B was very clean, and we had a lovely time.

The room was lovely, with a spacious en-suite, and weekday room service was very welcome. There's a communal kitchen and a dining and sitting area, plus individual food cupboards and shared fridges. The guest house has lots of useful facilities. It's a 5-minute walk from the train station, and the rest of the city is within a 30-minute walk.

Andy and Mark were incredible hosts, and the house was beautiful. If modern vintage is your thing, you'll love it. It felt like a home away from home. South Hampton is beautiful too, and they kindly let me stay in the house lodge while I waited for my train back home. I'll definitely come back if I'm in South Hampton again.

Breakfast had loads of choice, and the room was spotless with lovely decor. Mark and Andy made us feel welcome straight away, they were so helpful and friendly. We only stayed one night before our cruise, but I’d happily book this lovely guest house for a weekend.
