Room 004 was cozy and clean, and the breakfast was set out beautifully. There was a good range of things to choose from, and it felt like home. We were greeted by a lovely man who helped us during our stay. Parking was great, just around the corner from the building, and local pubs and restaurants are close by. We only stayed one night at the Royal Swan Ashley Manor BnB, but we’ll definitely return next time we’re in the area. I highly recommend it!

The man who checked us in was incredibly kind. He stayed up late for our late arrival, showed us to the cutest rooms, carried my luggage upstairs and gave me lots of helpful information. The room was clean and really nice, and the little cookies they left made me smile. I hope I can come back someday.

Breakfast was a real highlight, fresh and delicious, and the staff were attentive and happy to accommodate every request. The rooms were spotless, spacious and well cared for, with a lovely mix of comfort and charm. It was wonderfully quiet, just right for relaxing. Paul and his team were warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and made a real effort to ensure I felt looked after. Royal Swan Ashley Manor felt like a home away from home, with a touch of luxury. I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend it for a peaceful, comfortable visit. I’ll definitely be back.

The place was tidy, and breakfast was nice, though not the best I’ve had. The rooms felt a bit dated, and the curtains and nets could do with a wash. Fine for a night’s sleep, but I wouldn’t choose it for a longer stay.

The full English breakfast was cooked perfectly, and the shower had strong water pressure with a great design. Our room was quiet, warm and spotless. My wife and I stayed here last night and thought it was great. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay.
