It's a lively bar with a nice feel and a good choice of drinks. The live music tonight was excellent: a guitarist played great versions of popular and modern songs, and his guitar skills were amazing. I think his name was Jon Gamble/Campbell? Whoever he is, I'd recommend him.

A nice corner setting with good views outside, and there's a large choice of beers and wines at reasonable prices. I was only in for drinks, but the bar staff were lovely. Happy to recommend it, and I'll be back again and again and...

They hurried us out 15 minutes before closing, in a way that felt pressured, as if they couldn't be bothered with the last customers. If you want intense drinking with a security guard watching closely, I'd highly recommend the venue.

The beer was great and the service was too, with plenty of places to sit. I feel a bit mean giving the atmosphere only three stars, but I prefer pubs that are more traditional.

We liked this place on an earlier visit, which makes it a pity that we came back at 10:30 when it was meant to stay open until midnight, only to be told, “We're closed because it's quiet.” They close when they feel like it and give you attitude if you point out the posted hours. Why have a website with opening times at all?
