I chose this B&B for four nights while visiting Cornwall's beautiful gardens and stunning scenery, and it exceeded what I expected. The landlady was incredibly friendly, always willing to help with even the smallest issue. I felt at home straight away in my clean, comfortable room. Each room has its own very clean bathroom, a TV, hairdryer, bottled drinking water, a kettle for coffee, and even an adapter for European-English electricity and chargers. Breakfast was delicious and more than I could eat. I love this place and highly recommend it!

The owner, Kim, is a lovely lady who goes out of her way to help. This is a brilliant B&B, clean and with everything you need to feel at home.

Best of all are the breakfast and the service, and the Wi-Fi was good too. It's a very friendly, family-run B&B, warm and cosy, with tea and coffee facilities in the room. I highly recommend it.
