Lynn made us feel very welcome, and nothing seemed too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent, with a good range and quality produce. We stayed five nights in room 2, which was a comfortable size, clean and fresh, with a comfy bed and crisp white linen and towels. Having bottled water and fresh milk available was a brilliant idea, so we didn't have to struggle with the taps to fill the kettle. The parking space was a bonus. One of the best B&Bs we've stayed in, and we'd definitely book again.

We had a wonderful stay in Room 3, with a stunning view. Lynn was a perfect host, and breakfast was delicious. It's a great base for exploring St Ives, and the free on-site parking was a real bonus. Thanks, Lynn!

Lynn was a great host, and the breakfast was really yummy. Our room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated, with a great view. The location works well for St Ives and as a base for seeing Cornwall. This B&B was perfect, and I'd recommend staying here without hesitation.

Breakfast was freshly cooked with good produce, and everything was well organised and really clean. Fresh milk was available downstairs in the fridge if needed. We had a lovely, good-sized room with an en suite, and the host Lin was really friendly. The area is lovely and easy to find. We phoned ahead to reserve a parking space right outside the property. We stayed two nights and would definitely return.

The owner was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious. Free milk was available too. Our room was elegantly decorated in blue and had a sea view. The B&B is just a few minutes from the train station, in a great location. I'd definitely stay here again if I return to this town.
