We chose the bar because we had our dog with us. It's cosy and rustic, with a fireplace and couches, while the restaurant has big glass windows and skylights looking out over the river. Both spaces have their own charm. We often come to the Pike and Eel after dog walks, so booked for Christmas day this time, and it didn't disappoint. The food was packed with flavour and generously portioned, and the staff were lovely and super attentive. We'd highly recommend it for a Sunday roast in Cambridgeshire.

The restaurant had a peaceful, relaxing feel. We had a lovely stay at the Pike and Eel, with friendly, welcoming staff, good food and excellent service.

We live 10 miles away and don't make it here often, but after yesterday's meal we'll be coming much more regularly. The roast was stunning again, and the staff and management are so friendly and welcoming. There's a slight hint of Indian spices in the food that makes it really tasty and a bit different. We still talk about the amazing soup from Christmas lunch 2 years ago! Even our 3 pugs feel relaxed and welcome here. Love this place, 10/10!

We booked at very short notice, and Rita, the manager, kindly rearranged room bookings to fit in my elderly father. She made a real effort and was very helpful, as were all the staff during our stay. The evening meals exceeded our expectations, and I had delicious Eggs Benedict at breakfast both mornings.

A lovely pub by the river, with seating indoors and outside. The food was good and the service excellent. Nice for a family visit.
