The view over Fermain Bay from our room was lovely, and the bed was really comfortable. We had a great breakfast with plenty of choice, and the staff were attentive and friendly. Fermain Beach and the coastal path are both close by. I felt very at home and well looked after during my nine days here. Thank you 😊

The treehouse was lovely, and we enjoyed the cliff walk nearby. The hot tub and indoor pool were both out of order, unfortunately, but we were able to use the indoor pool and sauna at their sister hotel. Its hot tub wasn't working either. We still had an amazing stay.

The woodland tree top spa is tucked away, and my massage there was so relaxing I felt like I was walking on cloud nine afterward. The masseuse was lovely and shared some useful tips about island life. We also loved the views, the food, and the sheltered stony cove, reached by a short winding walk through the green valley. It almost felt like a private beach, and I wish we'd stayed longer. The decor does feel a little early 2000s, but everything was clean and the furnishings were good quality. The hotel has real character, which I prefer to the soulless feel of some high-end places. The staff were a real highlight. They were polite, relaxed, helpful, and seemed happy to be there. When our journey ran very late and the kitchen had closed, they even brought toast to our room at 11 pm. A lovely hotel with wonderful staff and unbeatable views.

We spent four nights here. The staff were great, breakfast was lovely, and we had a very good meal at Buho Mexican. It's a decent walk into town, though the hotel does offer a shuttle. My one gripe is the service charge for pouring two beers at the bar.

We don't usually revisit places, but we'll definitely make an exception for this one. It was so comfortable and relaxing, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent. Highly recommend it.
