Carol, the housekeeper, welcomed us with a loaf of Guernsey Gache, which was lovely toasted with butter. Our apartment was spotless, and the whole complex was extremely well cared for. The pool was warm and so clean, absolutely immaculate. 10/10, would highly recommend.

After a full day of biking, the warm swimming pool felt so good. The place is near the centre of St Peter, and Caroll(host) is just so nice. We were welcomed with a thoughtful little gift.

Ilex Lodge was a great base for visiting local family over Christmas, and it was very quiet. They fitted us in at short notice and even accommodated an extra night when the weather disrupted the ferry. Thank you.

The pool was great, and the BBQ and washing machine were useful to have. It's about a 15-minute walk to the centre of St Peter Port. A wonderful place to stay, with clean, well-maintained rooms.

There were outdoor toys for the kids, who were made very welcome, and the housekeeper was lovely and ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms were spacious and very clean. We also found a loaf of local fruit bread, tea, and coffee waiting when we arrived. We'd definitely recommend this place and will be back.
