Castlecroft

Laura made our stay feel like being welcomed into a close friend's home. She's wonderfully warm and hospitable, and the breakfast was incredible too. The B&B is impressive in its own right, but she made it one of the highlights of our trip. Definitely an experience we won't forget.

We liked this place enough to come back from the States for a second stay within a year. Laura takes wonderful care of the house and her guests, and the cooked breakfast is a real treat for the price. There's a comfortable shared sitting area too, as pictured. The walking paths nearby are lovely. We especially enjoyed walking up the hill to the cemeteries, so do make time for them.

The house was spotless, with a garden, a breakfast room, and a shared room with a magnificent view. I loved the classy decorations, comfortable beds, electric heating, plenty of towels, books in the hall, Netflix, and complimentary tea, coffee, and sweets. The host was absolutely wonderful and helpful, and we had everything we needed. I've travelled to more than 30 countries, and this is the most beautiful place I've stayed. It really went beyond my expectations, and I'm happy to recommend it. More than worth the money.

We felt really well looked after here. The rooms were spacious but still cosy, and little touches made the place feel welcoming and homey. The food was just right, and it's an easy walk to Stirling Castle.
