We got good value on a two night stay. The rooms were nice, with free WiFi and parking, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The menu was good and reasonably priced. Our deal included a £22 meal allowance each night, enough for two courses. My only gripe was that a glass of wine seemed a bit expensive.

We paid £158 total for two adults on a two night DBB deal, which felt like a bargain. The room was fine and roomy enough, with plenty of sockets. Restaurant food was fabulous for both quality and portion size, and breakfast was amazing with lots to choose from. The staff work hard and always seem cheerful. It was nice to see local people working at the hotel too. Great value, and I’d highly recommend it.

The outside of the hotel looks a little scruffy and could use paint and a touch up. Inside, our king sized room was comfortable, and the bed worked well for both me and my husband, who has a bad back. The staff were fantastic, cheerful, and always willing to help. You can tell they enjoy working there.

A good value base for exploring, with Stirling nearby and the Bannockburn battlefield and Heritage Centre right next door. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the food was decent, and breakfast stood out. The bar got busy, and the staff seemed under pressure at times.

I arrived around midday and found the room really nice and comfortable, with very good food and bar service. Then I had to make an emergency trip home to London around midnight. Gary was incredibly supportive, calling several taxi companies to get me to Glasgow Airport for 3 in the morning. He kept checking that I was okay and asking if he could adjust anything for me. A top employee, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish.
