Mr. MacLeod made us feel welcome right away. He’s relaxed and hospitable, and the whole home has charm and lots of lovely decorative touches. We were here for our honeymoon and really enjoyed the visit. The guest suite is spacious and artfully decorated, and the bathtub is especially stunning. You can tell Mr. MacLeod takes great pride in the place. We hope to come back one day!

Breakfast was really good, and the location is so central that Stornoway town is an easy walk away. The room is very spacious, and I loved the bay window and huge bath. Louie is fab, so friendly and welcoming. I’d definitely come back.

The room was great and the view superb, helped along by the good weather. Breakfast was nice, though there’s only a bath and no shower. I do have to question B&B prices, though: £110 here in Stornaway and £145 in Lochmaddy. At the start of the month we paid £75 for a B&B in Penzance, Cornwall that was just as good, and these prices will put me off coming back.
