We had loads of room as a large group, and the property and rooms were spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Lochans Lodge is a wonderful holiday home, and we’ve stayed before in one of the smaller flats. The location is superb, just a short drive from Port Patrick and Stranraer. You can hire the hot tub and sauna for a small fee, and book crafting sessions too. Lynn, the owner, is a wonderful host and is on hand if you need anything. The best place to stay in the local area!

Lynn, the proprietor, was very friendly, and there were biscuits or cake in the dining area for guests, a nice touch. Breakfast had a very good choice, and the place is handy for nearby attractions. I was pleased with my stay: a lovely, tastefully decorated room, a comfortable bed, an en suite shower and easy parking. I’d definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic long weekend at Lochans Lodge. There was loads of space, lots of bedrooms, and every room had an en-suite bathroom. I’d definitely recommend it, especially for families with lots of kids like ours.

A lovely stay at this b&b, in a great location. The staff were friendly and very welcoming, and I couldn’t fault the room or bathroom for cleanliness or facilities. There was a good choice at breakfast, including homemade bread. Would definitely recommend 😊

The flat was spotless and had loads of space, and the facilities were far better than I expected for the price. The owner had even put our groceries in the fridge and freezer when our delivery was running late, which was really kind. It’s in a peaceful spot, close to both Portpatrick and Stranraer. We had a lovely family break and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
