The breakfasts are good, and you can eat as much as you like. Other meals can take a bit of a wait even when it’s quiet, though it’s not too bad. I haven’t stayed there, so I can’t comment on the rooms.

The room was clean and lovely, and the hotel is in a handy spot in Stroud. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived, and had a great stay. We’ll definitely come back.

The staff were super friendly, but the stay had its problems. The WiFi ranged from very poor to nonexistent, and the floors creaked throughout. The hotel is a maze of corridors and staircases, and although we asked for two rooms fairly near each other while traveling with a relative, we ended up at opposite ends. Not one of the better PIs overall.

A familiar Premier Inn stay, predictable and competent. We got the ground-floor room we’d requested, the staff were nice, and the location was good.
