The location was lovely, with independent local shops nearby and a pub right across the road. The bathroom was huge, and the bath was amazing. I was impressed by how spacious the room was and how much was provided: a fridge with supplies, glasses, mugs, a wardrobe, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and extra blankets. Breakfast was lovely too. I didn’t need a thing, and I’d absolutely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a getaway.

I spent the day working here and found it comfortable and clean, with everything I needed. It’s a great place to stay right in the centre of Nailsworth.

The directions and check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. The place is really well located in town, so we could walk everywhere. Parking can be a bit tricky, but there are plenty of spaces around town close to the hotel. We’ve stayed at other hotels in the area, but we absolutely love this one. We also ate at Wilder restaurant, which is a must if you’re staying in Nailsworth. Fantastic fine dining and amazing food.

There are some steep steps up to the room we had, so keep that in mind. If you can manage them, it’s worth it. The owner was super friendly and made everything easy, and the lovely room had everything we wanted and more. Breakfast for the morning was included too.

The place was clean and nicely located. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle, with room for only three cats outside, but there are two decent sized car parks very close by.
