Hannah and Elysia made us feel very welcome, and the lovely house and grounds were so relaxing. Everything was superb, including our room, which had a bath that was a welcome extra. Breakfast was beautifully cooked and just the right amount. I’d definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

Breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully put together, and our room was spotless and wonderfully quiet, with lovely views across the countryside and sea. At Tarrel Farmhouse, Hannah and Elysia were warm, attentive hosts from the start. It was such a peaceful, rejuvenating stay. Highly recommend.

A very comfortable bed, beautiful grounds, and friendly, welcoming hosts. There were plenty of vegetarian breakfast choices too. As a woman travelling solo, I felt safe and able to relax. My snap hopefully shows how restful it was. My rather judgemental watch has never rated my sleep above poor to fair before, but this time it gave me an “excellent!” I slept for a very long time. A great B&B 🙌🏻

We only got to spend one night at this beautiful guest house, and I really wish we’d had longer. The MacAllan Room looked out over the ocean, fields, gardens and even distant mountains. Hannah and Elysia were awesome hosts, and breakfast was delicious. It was handy to have a few wines and snacks available to buy in the bar. I hope to return someday!

The breakfast room was a lovely touch, with tartan table runners and soft traditional music, and breakfast itself was lovely. The farmhouse has spacious, modern interiors, helpful staff and a comfortable room. We also got to meet the very cute pigs.
