We parked opposite the property throughout our Easter stay, and it’s about a 15-minute walk into town or 10 minutes to the train station. The apartment is a good size, with tasteful, colour-coordinated decor, furnishings and fittings. It’s advertised as a serviced apartment with a welcome pack, but there was no toilet roll or washing-up liquid, so we bought those at the nearby Tesco. Four coffee sachets and four teabags also felt like too few for a two-night stay. The weather was good, and we’d hoped to have breakfast outside, but there was no key for the door to the courtyard, which was really disappointing. The bathroom is fairly small and at the opposite end from the bedroom, though I understand the layout would be difficult to change. The apartment also smelled a bit fusty, not especially fresh. Plug-in air fresheners or reed diffusers might help.

The apartment was amazing, really spacious and big. The owner was lovely and quick to respond to any problems. I’d stay here again.
