Andy and Jayne made us feel so welcome and were really helpful. We loved the breakfast arriving in our room, a first for us, and it was a treat. We’ve just got back from two nights at Apple Tree B&B. The room was peaceful, spotless, and better equipped than plenty of hotels we’ve stayed in. Such a lovely little find, and a trip we’ll remember.

We’ll come back when we’re next visiting family in Tavistock. Apple Tree had the central spot, free parking, quiet surroundings, and lovely hosts we were hoping to find. Breakfast wasn’t cooked, but there was plenty to choose from: fruit, yoghurt, cereal, juice, croissants and toast. It was quite enough to set us up for the day. We were really impressed with the B&B.

We travelled over from Germany to see a friend in Tavistock and had a really good stay at B&B Apple tree. The room was lovely, and breakfast was great. We’ll definitely book here again next time we visit.

We’ve been here three times now and have stayed in three different rooms, all lovely. Jayne and Andy are so welcoming and friendly in their home. It’s peaceful, and you can wander into town for dinner, stroll by the river, or sit at the window and watch the world go by. Such a handy spot in Tavistock. A 10/10 for us ❤️

We’d happily stay again. It’s only a short, level walk to the centre of Tavistock, and parking was easy with space for several cars. We had the Scarlet room for a few nights, cosy and roomy enough for two, with a pleasant view out front towards the tennis club. The decor was nice and it had a fridge, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, hairdryer, iron and board, plus tea and coffee. The small en suite and shower were still big enough, the towels were thick, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a lovely continental selection delivered to the room.
