The staff were helpful when I asked for new shower gel and explained that management was changing brands, so they were letting the old dispensers run out before fitting the new ones. The room was spacious, but had a musty smell, and both the hand wash and shower gel dispensers were empty. The website gives the impression that food is available, but there’s no hotel restaurant. The bar that used to be part of the hotel is now an Indian restaurant, so you can’t get breakfast on site.

The rooms were comfortable, but the bathroom was the biggest problem. It hadn’t been cleaned properly, with visible cracks in the floor and dirt around the sink. One staff member was unhelpful and impolite, making the stay less pleasant. Based on our experience, Natalia’s conduct was unacceptable and reflected badly on the hotel. Management should seriously reconsider her position. The hotel might be all right for a short stay, but I wouldn’t recommend a longer visit until cleanliness and customer service improve.

The rooms were clean and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. Some areas could use an update and looked a bit tired. It was clearly a Premier Inn before. I’ll be back.

The rooms are lovely and clean, and the staff are friendly. The same team as before the changeover is still running this little hotel, and so far not much has changed. It’s recently come under new management. What more could you ask for?
