The room was lovely, the food was great, and the hospitality was warm. The location and price were good too, and the bed was really comfortable. My one gripe is the owners' check-in and check-out times: we couldn't arrive before 4pm and had to leave by 10am. That left us walking around Romsey town centre for three hours in torrential rain, which was disappointing.

We left the car at Broadwater Road car park, just around the corner. It was good value, costing £1 if you arrived after 4PM and left before 10:29AM the next day. At The Palmerston Rooms, our room was clean and very comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. A very good stay.

The rooms and public areas were spotless, with lovely decor, and breakfast was presented really well and tasted excellent. The owners were helpful too, arranging a taxi for us.

The staff were so friendly, and the food was delicious. Our room was very clean and roomy enough for our family. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back. Thank you.

The hosts were welcoming and helpful, and the full English breakfast was cooked perfectly. It kept us going all day. We stayed for two nights and loved how clean and comfortable everything was. We'll stay again when we're back in that part of the country.
