The Priory Inn

We stayed somewhere else, so I can't comment on the rooms, but we thoroughly enjoyed our visit for the food and the staff. The atmosphere is very comfortable, and they made space for us despite reservations being tight. My husband had vegan options, and everything was delicious. We enjoyed the vegan custard with Bramley apple crumble, and the mains disappeared before I could take pictures. They also have a very nice selection of dessert wines.

Had a wonderful dinner at The Priory with my family this evening. The food was incredible, and the service couldn't have been friendlier. Everyone was attentive and polite. A really enjoyable 10/10 experience. We'll definitely come back.

We've been to The Priory Inn twice now, which says a lot about how much we like it. Nat and the team are lovely, friendly, and accommodating. We haven't met Matt, as he seems to be kept very busy in the kitchen. It's well placed for visiting the Cotswolds, and the town itself has a good range of places to eat. Our one gripe is that the bathrooms are very small, though you don't spend much time in them. We'd certainly recommend it and look forward to another visit.

We had a great two-night stay and will definitely return. The staff were attentive, friendly, helpful, and very welcoming. Our room was clean and reasonably well presented, with lovely toiletries. There were a few paint chips on the bathroom door and woodwork, but otherwise it was clean. The bed was super comfortable, the room temperature was just right, and despite overlooking the car park we had no noise disturbance. The restaurant was nicely presented, with a wood fire in the middle of the dining area. We had a lovely table near the fireplace, and the chef was very flexible about menu choices.
