Hampton Suites Serviced Apartments

The location was good, and management helped extend my stay after I made a booking mistake. That kept my score up, because the place itself had poor infrastructure. The back door lock didn't work, the sheets weren't especially clean, and the bathroom cupboard felt dangerous since it could come off the wall if you weren't careful. The sofa was worn, and the bed was so close to the wall that getting in and out was difficult.

The staff were brilliant, friendly, and very helpful. I stayed in the One Bedroom Apartment on the 1st floor. It was a lovely stay, with a comfortable bed and good amenities. The apartment was spacious enough, with a nice shower room and kitchen, and the decor was pleasant. Everything was well appointed and functional. I'd definitely stay here again!

We were meant to have a duplex with two double beds, but the apartment we got had one double and one single. The couple checking in after us ran into the same issue, so it seems this happens regularly. After a lot of debate, we were moved to alternative rooms at the Crowne Plaza, which is supposed to be temporarily closed while being used for council emergency housing. It wasn't ideal, but at least it gave us two double beds. Check-in for the apartments is at the Crowne Plaza, a two-minute drive or five-minute walk away, and you have to pay a £200 deposit. We asked for two sets of keys for our two couples, four adults, and were told that wasn't possible. After 15 minutes of discussion, they found a second set. The car park at the apartment was tiny, with incredibly narrow spaces.

We had a very enjoyable, relaxing stay for a couple of nights while in London for my son's wedding reception at the nearby Hampton Court Palace Golf Club. The rooms were extremely comfortable and very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped, and there was a hair dryer and an Iron. Both the living area and master bedroom had 50" TVs, though the single bedroom didn't have one. I'd thoroughly recommend these suites to others.
