Apartment No 4 was very clean and modern, but spacious? The bedroom door wouldn't even open past the bed, and there was nowhere to hang clothes. I'm really regretting not booking a hotel. On day two, we tried to use the electric hob and couldn't get it working. There were no instructions, the owners were away on holiday, and the contact person we were given didn't know how to use it either. We had to throw dinner away and go out for a meal, which defeated the point of staying here. The owners should leave a short guide explaining how key things work, like most other apartments and holiday homes do. We'd move out today if other accommodation were available, but it isn't.

We slept really well, it was quiet and very comfortable. The owner was lovely, customer service was great, and everything was extremely clean. Would definitely recommend.

Compact, with good infrastructure and Wi-Fi available. It's near the town centre, so shopping and dinner are easy.

It's a nice, quiet apartment just behind a supermarket, and the Waitrose is open on Sundays too. The kitchen is well set up for cooking and has a large refrigerator, but there's nowhere proper to eat. The only option is a small glass table with two stools that are far too high, so you end up balancing your plates on your lap on the sofa.
