Chris and Karen are wonderful, attentive hosts, and this place has become our favourite stay in Torquay. It’s in an excellent spot, about a 10 minute walk from the beach and city centre. I’d definitely recommend it.

Chris and Karen made us feel so welcome at The Baytree. The rooms were lovely, large and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We had an amazing stay and I’d highly recommend it.

The breakfast was the highlight, with quick, efficient service and amazing food every morning. Karen is a culinary genius, and it was such a lovely way to start the day. Chris and Karen were welcoming, and the property felt homely. Our room was fantastic and had everything we needed to be comfortable. I’d highly recommend The Baytree to anyone.

We’re already looking forward to our next visit in September this year. This was another fantastic stay at The Baytree, with beautiful, comfortable, clean rooms and fabulous breakfasts with plenty of choice. Karen and Chris are exceptional hosts and are always happy to help.
