My family and I came over from Australia for three nights and had a great time. San treated us like family. The rooms were clean and nice, and breakfast was a delicious English breakfast that got the day off to a good start. Public transport was easy to catch, and there are plenty of restaurants within a comfortable walk. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the hosts friendly, and breakfast was really nice. We also liked having dedicated parking, either behind the hotel or in the Premier Inn car park, and they provide a permit for free parking anywhere in Torbay. Peppers is well placed for the harbour, bars and restaurants. Just remember the walk back up the hill! We’d choose Peppers again if we’re in the area.

Sam and his family were so welcoming at Hotel Peppers, and we had a comfortable room and a delicious breakfast. The harbour and restaurants are conveniently close. There are quite a lot of stairs, though we managed them fine. Parking is available for four cars at the hotel, and there’s also free parking in a nearby car park. I’d definitely recommend it.

The owners were amazingly friendly and hospitable. Everything was clean, and the breakfast was fantastic, with perfectly poached eggs each day. Parking is tight, but that’s what you come to expect when driving around towns nearby.

Our hosts were delightful and went out of their way to help. The spacious deluxe room had everything we needed to be comfortable, including a handy fridge. Breakfast was delicious every morning and set us up for long days out. There’s parking on site, and shops and restaurants are within walking distance. We got around on the buses, which were well organised and ran every 15 minutes, with a stop right outside the hotel. We really enjoyed Torquay and found Hotel Peppers a great base. The owners made the stay memorable, and we highly recommend it.
