Joe and Liliyah are such thoughtful hosts and take a real interest in their guests. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The Patricia works well for a short visit or a longer stay, with spotless, comfortable rooms and very filling breakfasts. The town centre and sea are both an easy walk away. David Bennett

Lilia and Joe were lovely hosts, always ready to help with anything we needed. Pam and I spent a long weekend at the Patricia and really enjoyed it. The rooms were roomy and comfortable, and the location couldn't have been better. Breakfast was freshly cooked, generous and first class. Thank you, Lilia and joe πππ

After trying several places in Torquay, we've finally found our favourite. The room was spotless and had everything we wanted, and my husband said the breakfast was the best he'd ever eaten. We hope to come back later this year. Pauline and Vic

Joe and Liliya are wonderful hosts, and this was our second visit. The B&B is in a lovely part of Torquay, just a few minutes' walk from the beach. Our room was very clean and breakfast was the best B&B food I've ever had. We'd definitely return and highly recommend it if you're staying in Torquay. 10/10.

The relaxed welcome from Liliya and Joe made our holiday feel special. The whole place has a lovely atmosphere, with spotless rooms and amazing breakfasts. It's also perfectly placed for the town and bus routes. This is the best B&B we've ever stayed at, and we'll definitely come again and recommend it to everyone.
