Breakfast was top notch, and the rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. My husband and I had a lovely stay at the newly refurbished Chart House, a charming B&B with plenty of character and brand new modern facilities. It felt like a real home from home. Brian and Tracy, the new owners, were so welcoming and know the area really well. It’s perfectly placed for the Needles, Totland Bay and Freshwater Bay, and made a great base for exploring the west of the Isle of Wight and further afield. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Our room was spacious and spotless, and Tracy and Brian made us feel right at home with their friendly, helpful conversation. Breakfast was superbly cooked and presented. My wife and I stayed from 7th to 12th November 2017 and had a great time. The hosts are refurbishing more rooms, so I’m sure the place will keep getting better. Many thanks, Ruth & Steve.

Tracy was such a caring, lovely host, and the English breakfast she made us was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay at Chart House. The newly refurbished rooms were clean and lovely too. We’d definitely recommend it!

The B&B was spotless and breakfast was yummy, but what really stood out was how warm and kind everyone was. We brought our two dogs and, although we were a little worried they might be a bother, we felt completely welcome.

The room was bright, clean and welcoming, and the house was comfortable and quiet. I spent a week there in July for work and really enjoyed it. Tracey and Brian were lovely hosts. They were patient with my language difficulties and showed me around the island. The food was excellent, especially breakfast. I’ll come back as soon as I get the chance.
