Premier Inn Manchester Trafford Centre Nth

We’d stay again. The room was clean and comfortable, and most of the staff were fantastic. The hotel is brilliant for the Trafford Centre, although we drove rather than walking because the route didn’t look particularly simple or safe. Getting out by car was quite difficult in the December traffic, which we expected. Check-in was the one unpleasant moment: the receptionist made us feel like an inconvenience. We’d requested a cot and got one, but after taking the lift we still had to go down three steps, which wasn’t ideal with a pram. We could hear traffic at night, but for just one night it didn’t bother us much. Check-out was much nicer, with a lovely, polite desk staff member and a very friendly cleaner. We also accidentally left a bag in the room. Staff remembered we’d said we were going to LEGO, called us, and kept the bag safely behind reception, which we really appreciated. My partner found the staff member less friendly when we came back that evening, but we got the bag without any trouble. At breakfast, the cold items were self-service but not always topped up, like the muffins. We also didn’t realise the cooked breakfast had to be ordered, rather than self-served. That was our misunderstanding, and the server was excellent and very helpful.

Celina was so kind and polite when she served us breakfast, a lovely person. We enjoyed our recent stay, which was comfortable and in a convenient location. We’d definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hot breakfast was freshly prepared and so amazing. I left feeling refreshed and impressed, and will definitely return. Highly recommend this place for comfort, quality and exceptional hospitality!

The rooms were clean, check-in was easy and the meal deal is great value. The location was great, and the housekeeping team did a great job. We knew there was no air con when we booked, but thought September wouldn’t be too bad. The room still reached a sweltering 24°C 😅. At least there was a fan already in the room.
