I had to attend my brother’s funeral at short notice, so I called the hotel and was fortunate to get a twin room for one night. I’m chronically disabled and deal with anxiety, but the welcome from the moment I arrived made me feel at ease. The receptionists were helpful and gave me clear information. The room was being finished when I was shown in, and the woman preparing it was lovely. The room and the rest of the hotel were immaculate. I felt comfortable enough to have a drink in the snug bar, then dinner in the restaurant. The meal was delicious and hearty, and the staff there were brilliant too, explaining things as needed. The place felt homely, and I felt welcome enough to use the facilities. I’d love to return when circumstances are better and try the spa and pool. Thank you all, it was perfect for me.

The staff were all friendly and accommodating, and the food was excellent, especially breakfast. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and I had a very comfortable couple of nights at the White House. I was in North Wales on business, and it was just the right place for me to stay. Nothing negative to report. Thanks very much, and I hope to visit again. Kind regards, Jamie Rees

I really liked the Spa facilities and would definitely use them again. The two hours there were great, and I’d highly recommend the place. I was disappointed, though, that they wouldn’t accept my in-date voucher, which had been bought as a Christmas gift. The venue had raised its charges, so I had to pay a top-up. Several people I spoke to also felt that was unfair. I understand costs are rising, but it was still disappointing.

Back for a second year in a row while staying at Rhuallt Park, and the food was just as amazing as last year. Kostas was the standout, the most helpful restaurant staff member we’ve ever met. Thank you so much. 10/10.

The food was decent, but there wasn't much choice on the menu and it felt a little overpriced. I’d been looking forward to visiting White House Restaurant, so I was disappointed it didn’t quite live up to expectations. The staff were friendly, but the service felt overwhelming. Different staff members kept coming over to ask the same thing only minutes apart, interrupting our conversations. I won’t be visiting again.
