A great couple of nights, with everything I needed: a really comfy bed, nice towels, a handy kitchenette and a hot shower. The place is high up and feels right in the middle of nowhere, with lovely views in every direction. I watched a Great Spotted Woodpecker at the bird table from the living room. Hope to come back.

A beautifully presented cottage in an amazing setting, with hills all around and cows, sheep and even alpacas nearby. It's close to Keswick and some gorgeous lakes, and made a lovely place for a break.

We stayed at the campsite for two nights and were lucky enough to see the farm's new arrival, a three-day-old alpaca. The photos don't do the place justice: it's beautiful, surrounded by farmland, hills and nature, with lovely views. Very dog friendly.

It was so quiet up on the hill, just right for getting away from the city, and the view was breathtaking. This was my second trip to the Lake District but my first time staying somewhere so cosy and relaxing. The cottage was clean and lovely, with everything we needed and a fully equipped kitchen. And the beds, Jesus, so comfortable. I slept better than I have in months. A little piece of heaven for a peaceful stay. Thanks so much for the experience.

Near Howe was peaceful, with beautiful views and great facilities. The cottages were spotless, comfortable and really well equipped, and we loved that dogs are welcome. We couldn't have asked for more and will definitely be back.
