Luxury Loft Apartment by Bootique Wakefield

We got the whole property so the family could finally get together after such a rough year of lockdowns and restrictions. It turned out even better than we expected. Each room has its own look, and the furnishings and decor are done to a really high standard. Everything was spotless, the beds were very comfortable and the linen felt soft and hotel quality. Communication was great too, and we had what we needed before and during the stay.

We were let down at the last minute by the company we’d booked with, but one phone call here had us booked within minutes. Getting to the place was easy, with great motorway access for anyone travelling. The whole stay was spot on. Every room was finished to a very high standard, the beds were comfortable, and all the showers had great pressure. You can tell they haven’t cut corners on the property. Customer service, the venue and the sleep were all 5 stars. We’ll definitely come back and recommend it. Thanks!

The rooms were a good size, the beds were comfortable, and everything was very clean when I stayed here for the weekend. It’s easy to find parking and the location is great. I’d recommend it if you want somewhere high quality that won’t break the bank.

We booked a room, paid a deposit well in advance and received the contract terms, but the communication from Boutique luxury suites and apartments was extremely poor. For two weeks we kept trying to find out where and when to collect the keys, and nobody answered the phone or replied to emails. Then, just 10 days before our stay, we were told the property had been given to someone else. All I got was an apology and a promise to refund the deposit, which they did. In my opinion the service was very poor and the whole thing was stressful. I wouldn’t waste time or money with this company.
