Travelodge Warminster

The staff were great, welcoming and very helpful, a real credit to the hotel. We stayed a couple of nights while visiting Longleat. The rooms were clean and a good size, and it was handy to have some food options nearby. Would recommend +++

Chelsea at reception turned the morning around for us. She was lovely, friendly and had no problem warming our baby’s breakfast in the microwave, which took just 35 seconds. I’m very grateful, and hope she doesn’t get into trouble for helping. If it weren’t for her, I’d have left a zero-star review. Five-star service from Chelsea, and she made our morning and stay. That help came after a frustrating start. We arrived Friday the 7th at 3pm, and both receptionists said we weren’t allowed to use their microwave to heat the baby’s food or milk. Our baby had to eat cold dinner, and the next morning I couldn’t find anyone elsewhere who would warm up breakfast. I was really upset by the two women’s service on Friday.

The staff were lovely and informative, and Chelsea at reception was especially polite and welcoming. She happily answered all my many questions. Our rooms were clean and nicely put together, and having Burger King and Greggs in the same building was a lifesaver. We booked for a Christmas getaway, planning to visit the Christmas markets, the Longleat light festival and Centre Parcs. I was really happy with the stay and will definitely come again.

The staff gave us a warm welcome, and at checkout they cheerfully asked how the stay had been. Everything was clean and tidy.
