Premier Inn Warrington - M6/J21

The staff are excellent, and their approach to food allergies is VERY good. My meal was cooked fresh, away from the other food prep areas, which was a first for me. The food itself is okay but nothing special. It’s a perfectly acceptable Premier Inn and very handy when travelling north, though not my favourite. One issue in the room: hot water takes a long time to come through the taps, especially if you’re up early like me.

There was plenty of parking, and the usual Premier Inn facilities were all up to standard. The staff were friendly and helpful, though it would have been good to have a few more around at times. The hotel is right off the M6 at J21, but we didn’t hear any road noise. An enjoyable stay.

Claire was a star at breakfast, and her hospitality was much appreciated. The hotel gives good value for money, and I’d stay again. Some things are ageing, but at this price they don’t bother me. The staff, food, rooms, price and service all do the important things well. Well done to everyone.

The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the food was lovely. Claire, who served us Sunday breakfast, deserves a special mention. She’s such a happy, lovely person. Seeing her chat with everyone put a smile on my face. The kind of person we need more of.
