Paul was incredibly considerate while I was in Warrington for my father’s funeral. He even arranged a ground floor single room because stairs are hard for my aging, rather large self, although I hadn’t asked in advance. He couldn’t have done more to make things easier. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped, and breakfast was better than at most B&Bs I’ve stayed in. Those two nights were far above an ordinary holiday stay. Thanks, Paul. Gaz Clark.

We stopped at this beautiful house overnight while walking the Trans Pennine Trail. Carol was an amazing host and made everything easy. The breakfast was wonderful, served with gorgeous white tablecloths, and the bed was comfy. The shower was lovely too, with huge white towels.

The room is basic, but it’s great value for what you pay. Paul was a great host, breakfast was excellent, and the hotel is in a superb location. Thoroughly recommend it.

Paul, the owner, is really pleasant, and the room was comfy. We love staying here, right in the heart of Stockton Heath, and breakfast was really nice. I’d definitely recommend it.

Breakfast was included in my price and was excellent. The woman in charge couldn’t do enough for me, with cereal, toast, a fry-up, tea and coffee. The room was good and very clean, and it was good value for the price. The location is brilliant, close to all the amenities but still quiet at night. I’d stay again when I need to.
