Paul was a great host, helpful with a map and information about the things we wanted to see and visit, without being intrusive. Our room had its own toilet and shower, plus a comfortable bed, microwave and fridge, which worked perfectly for us. Great value for money. I’d highly recommend staying here, and we’ll definitely be back.

The owner was attentive and very welcoming. The room was thoughtfully laid out and came with a fridge, microwave, kettle, tea bags, instant coffee, cookies, TV, WiFi, hairdryer, fan, oil radiator, fresh flowers and a cleaning set. There are three free parking spaces. A good place to stay.

The location worked really well, just a short walk from Warwick centre and the castle. Paul made us feel welcome, and the clean, comfortable room had an ideal little kitchen area. Breakfast wasn’t provided, but that suited us since we could choose where and when to eat. We had a lovely stay at Westham and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Warwick centre was about a 25-minute walk, and it took us around 35 minutes along the canal to reach Leamington. The location worked really well. Before we arrived, the owner kept in touch, then welcomed us at the door and showed us our room and gave us some useful information about the area. The room was clean, tidy, and thoughtfully laid out.

There were three of us, my parents and me, and we had a little wing to ourselves: one double room, one single, sinks in both rooms, and a shared bathroom. Towels and tea-making facilities were provided. Paul was a very accommodating host and made us feel welcome, with suggestions for things to do nearby. A cute little place at a very reasonable price. We hope to come back soon, thank you! 👍🏼😀
