We booked the Sandalwood suite at Meadowview Guest House for one night. The bed was super comfy and the room was very quiet at night. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and really good tea and coffee. The owners were lovely and very friendly. The Carpenters Arms pub next door was great for a drink, but we couldn’t hear any noise from it once we were back in our room. It’s an excellent guest house in a lovely village, just 10 minutes from Wells next the sea.

We stayed one night while cycling the rebellion way last week. The rooms were very comfortable and had lots of thoughtful items. Fresh milk was in the fridge for each room, and we could use the hot tub. Robes and slippers were provided too. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choice.

After a long day cycling the Rebellion Way in Norfolk, it was wonderful to relax in the hot tub. They provided bike storage and welcomed one night stays. The next morning’s breakfast had fresh food and lots of variety, a great start to another day of cycling.

Sam and Carole were lovely hosts, and made breakfast a little earlier for us because we had a busy morning ahead of the wedding. We really appreciated that. The guesthouse was close to the venue, had ample parking, included breakfast, and was good value for money. Our Easter weekend trip to Norfolk for a wedding was short and sweet. There was delicious cake in the room when we arrived, and the dressing gown and slippers were a lovely extra for relaxing. The room was lovely and the bed very comfy. We didn’t have time to try the hot tub, but I’ll make full use of it next time. Five stars from me, and I’d highly recommend it.

The breakfast was generous and cooked really well, and the host made us feel very welcome. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with strong shower pressure, plenty of hot water, and refreshments including fresh milk in the fridge. The house is lovely, and there’s a great pub next door serving very good food. We’d happily recommend it. Thanks for such a lovely stay 🙂🥂
