We spent two very pleasant nights at Kenilworth Guest House. The room was small but comfortable, with an en suite shower room, and everything was clean and tidy. There’s space for three cars in front of the house. The location is very good, with various takeaways nearby and the beach about a five-minute drive away.

My company had booked a single room for two of us, which obviously wasn’t going to work. I explained the mistake, and the lady quickly sorted out a solution without any fuss. She was welcoming, friendly and helpful, and the place was so clean and fresh smelling you’d want to live there. I’d give her and her rooms 10 out of 5. I would, and will, recommend it to anyone visiting beautiful Weston Super Mare!

I booked a room on 7th April for one night in July, then called on 20th July to make sure the booking was in place. After eventually getting through, I was told the room had been given to someone else. They also said they’d emailed me about it, but no email ever arrived. I’m not happy about being left without information, or frankly about the lies. I’ll be watching my credit card account very carefully. What would have happened if I’d simply turned up, and what do they intend to charge me?

The room was lovely, and everything was very clean and well looked after. I had a comfortable stay, thank you.

A nice B&B for a fair price. The owners are easy to approach, and I enjoyed staying here.
