Andrew and Beth made the place feel like family. They were personable, kind, funny, polite, professional and welcoming, and Andrew was there to help as soon as we arrived. My six-year-old son felt part of the family too, thanks to the staff and owners, and had a great time. The views, clean fresh linen, books for children and personal service are all reasons I'll return. The bed was honestly the most comfortable I've slept in. Shanaid, I'm sure I may have spelled her name wrong, was a very hard-working young woman as well. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks for making our time in Weston-super-Mare so memorable and special.

The views of weston were to die for, and Louise's English breakfast was top notch. We had a fantastic two-night stay, with very friendly hosts, a great bed and a good night's sleep. The hot shower had plenty of power. Can't recommend it highly enough.

The room was clean and modern, with a fantastic view, while the rest of the hotel had a homely, historic feel. It's a short walk to the seafront, but far enough away to be peaceful. Andrew was really friendly and made us feel welcome during our two-night stay. My partner and I had a fantastic time, and we'd definitely stay again.

We had a lovely room with a balcony and sea view, and really liked the bathroom, which had both a bath and a shower. We didn't try breakfast as we had to leave early. At reception, the manager suggested some good places to eat and drink, which we really appreciated in this area. We loved everything about the hotel.

We had a great couple of days and would definitely return. There's a bar with a good range of drinks, and breakfast can be brought to your room if you'd rather eat on the balcony overlooking the sea. The decor was very nice, and our bed was huge. Both the bath and shower were big, and everything was very clean. There are lots of parking options nearby, plus lovely restaurants close by. The owners were friendly and helpful, and the location is great, just a minute from the seafront, with lovely views.
