Charlotte clearly has experience from a family that's run guest houses for a long time, and it shows. This is a family run place, with parking available, and our Room 1 was very quiet. The bus stop is right outside, though we also walked to town and the harbour in about 20 minutes at an easy pace, along the road or Rodwell Trail. Our room was large, with an incredibly comfortable king size bed, and I've never stayed in a cleaner guest house. Breakfast was lovely. One small thought, not a complaint, would be to add another cereal, perhaps Weetabix. Charlotte was a wonderful host and runs a great guest house. We’ve just returned from a lovely stay. The cooked breakfast was just right every day, and our room had a fantastic harbour view. Charlotte gave us the warmest welcome, and the guest house was immaculately clean. Parking is available there, and the bus stop a few metres outside can take you to Weymouth seafront or, from the opposite side of the road, to Portland.

Charlotte couldn't have been more helpful, even doing some washing for us and making lovely porridge for breakfast. The immaculate guest house was a super place to stay, and our room had everything we needed. It's ideally located for the coast path, with a co op, chip shop and bus stop close by. Highly recommended.

The bus stop is just a few steps from the door, and there are lovely walks nearby. My room was comfortable and nicely equipped, and breakfast started with Greek yogurt and fresh fruit before a delicious cooked meal with toast. Peter and Lyn made me feel very welcome. I booked after seeing the great online reviews and stayed three nights. I’d gladly come back and recommend it.

Peter and Lyn are such friendly, lovely hosts. The rooms are spotless, well equipped, and have comfortable beds. Breakfast comes with lots of choice and is cooked and served beautifully. A beautiful place, and I can’t recommend it enough.
