Penny and John were wonderful hosts and made us and our daughters, aged 3 and 8, feel very welcome on our last-minute getaway. The family room was comfortable and well equipped, and breakfast was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The location is quiet but still close enough to walk. We were impressed and will come back next time we visit Weymouth. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We stayed four nights for a nearby sailing event, and would definitely return if there’s another one. The owners were fantastic and friendly, and the B&B felt clean and homely. Our room even had a glimpse of the sea. Breakfast was delicious, and nothing was too much trouble. The old harbour, with its many bars and restaurants, was within walking distance. We’d certainly recommend this B&B to anyone heading to Weymouth.

Penny and John are genuinely lovely, and I felt very welcome at their seaside hotel during my three nights in Weymouth for the Ironman competition. The beds were comfortable, the showers were good, and Weymouth Bay is an easy walk away. Breakfast was absolutely awesome. I’d recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Weymouth, and I’ll stay at the Eastney again if I come back. Thank you.

The little honesty bar was a lovely touch for a drink when we got back for the night. This family-run hotel is comfortable and clean, with a great breakfast. Jon and Penny are fabulous hosts who make guests feel incredibly welcome. It’s around a 10-minute walk, though mostly uphill on the return, so we took a taxi most evenings. It never cost more than £4.50. We’d thoroughly recommend it.

Penny told us about a closer beach, and even on a blistering bank holiday weekend there was plenty of room. The Eastney is also well placed, about a 10-15 minute stroll from the heart of Weymouth. We were welcomed straight away, and nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent, the beds really comfy and the shower great. I’ll definitely be back.
