The one downside was having no parking, but you can’t have everything. Dean and Jan were amazing and went above and beyond to help. The room was delightful, I slept well, and breakfast was lovely. There was even cold water in the fridge, a thoughtful touch. I absolutely recommend this B&B and can’t praise them enough. Thanks so much for having Alison and me. x

We’ll be back soon for another steampunk wknd, Donna and Jay. The full English breakfast was cracking, well cooked with good ingredients. The hosts were really friendly, and the cosy rooms were very clean, nicely done out and had everything we needed. The whole place is finished to a high standard. If you haven’t tried it, do. x

Jan and Dean were perfect hosts, and breakfast and our room were just as good. My hubby and I stayed for two nights and couldn’t have asked for anything better. Nothing was a problem, even when my hubby’s charger was playing up. Jan had a spare one, which was brilliant. What a little Gem in a perfect location. Thanks for a fantastic stay, definitely recommend it.

Parking is plentiful across the road, though you need to be quick. We arrived around 10-10.30, when guests were starting to leave the guest houses, parked up and went for a walk until check-in. It was our first stay at Autumn Leaves Guest house, and we’ll definitely be back. Jan and Deane were so welcoming and friendly, and Rufus helped make it an enjoyable visit too, lol. The rooms were spotless, with a very comfy bed, super soft pillows and large fluffy bath sheets. There were plenty of tea and coffee supplies, and breakfast had lots of choice to set you up for the day. See you again soon, Judith and paul.
