It's a handy base for Whitby, with the Abbey, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. The downside is that the parking space only fits a small car. Problems mentioned by previous occupants still hadn't been sorted by the owner, including smelly bathroom drains and a noisy boiler.

It was generally very clean and well maintained, but the bedroom ceilings were soooo low, which we hadn't expected. The place looks bigger in the photos, but in real life it's tiny.
