Ann-Marie and Paul looked after us so well, taking time to help with our individual needs and questions. We were warmly welcomed for our three-night family stay while attending a wedding, and slept really well in the comfortable beds. Both bedrooms were clean, nicely furnished, and well stocked, and breakfast was plentiful. Thanks for such a lovely stay. It really added to our wedding experience. 🌟🌟🌟

The access road is narrow, though we managed it. The owners are lovely and do a great job seeing to your needs. Our room was beautiful, and the hotel is close to the centre of bowness. Breakfast was excellent, with high-quality produce. The pancakes were especially good, along with the fantastic sausages, bCon and black pudding. Highly recommend.

The room could have done with a dusting, which is why I gave it three stars even though I rated the place five. I really liked the breakfast and the generous serving, and there was a good choice of restaurants as well as some of my favourite ice-cream shops. The guest house was ideally placed for getting around and reaching facilities, and I had a great time visiting Lake District.

Breakfasts were a real treat, with plenty of choice, and the rooms were meticulously clean. Anne Marie and Paul made us feel at home straight away with their warm welcome. We have just come back from five days here and had a great time. I'd recommend this guest house to anyone and will certainly return. Thanks from Roy and Karen.

The highlight of our four-night stay was breakfast in bed. The pancakes were so good we ordered them every day. Paul and Ann Marie were warm and delightful, and we wouldn't change a thing about the room or our stay.
