New Street D Worcester City Centre Apartment

We ended up cutting our stay short and leaving early. The place felt poorly maintained and the listing didn’t give an accurate picture of it. The boiler was leaking and had a pipe missing, leaving a large wet patch on the floor the whole time. We had to keep stepping around it so our socks wouldn’t get soaked. It seemed like a maintenance problem that should have been dealt with before guests arrived. Noise from nearby pubs carried on past 3am, making sleep really difficult, and the listing didn’t mention the late-night pub area. Knowing that would definitely have affected our decision to book. The living room furniture was very cheap and badly put together, close to falling apart rather than merely worn. Basic touches we’ve had in other serviced accommodation, like milk or shower gel, weren’t provided either. This was unfortunately our worst experience with serviced accommodation.
