We stopped overnight on our way south to Cornwall, and the location near the M5 worked well for our journey. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were excellent and very friendly, and the food was very good quality. The value for money was excellent too. Don’t hesitate to stay here, you won’t be disappointed.

People were enjoying the restaurant and garden in the evening sunshine, and we had a lovely evening meal followed by a nice breakfast. The cheerful, attentive staff made a good team, and it was definitely good value for money. The location is convenient from the M5 and for visiting Worcester. There’s a fairly busy road beside it, but it didn’t bother us or disturb our sleep. I’d definitely return if we’re in the area again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we couldn’t fault the place. Our room was lovely, spacious, and very clean, with a very large car park on site. We were mainly concerned about parking our sports car. The car park isn’t gated, but it was well lit and the surrounding neighbourhood looked and felt safe. There’s a beautiful gourmet restaurant here, and the food coming out looked amazing. Unfortunately, we’d already eaten. We’d come back 100%. Thank you.

The waiter’s service was outstanding, and when I forgot my coat he ran out to the car park to bring it to me. That says it all about how well we were looked after. We had such a lovely Mother’s Day afternoon, with very nice food and fantastic service from start to finish. My moules marinière were honestly as good as dishes I’ve had in France and Italy, the bread was delicious and warm, and the roast beef dinner was lovely too. I hardly ever write reviews, but they deserve five stars for today. This is my new favourite place for a Sunday roast.

The food itself was really good, though I’d have liked the sprouts a little more cooked and with less horseradish flavour. We booked ahead for six for Sunday lunch, but our booking seemed to be missing when we arrived. We checked the date and time, yet staff asked whether we were actually two other names. Then we were put in a booth for four and had to squeeze in. Empty glasses stayed on the table as the meal went on, leaving little room for the food. If they improve the service, this could be one of the best places in Worcester.
