The Sunday lunch was epic, the best I’ve ever had, and the staff are legends. This was our second visit that week, and the meal was wonderful. One thing went wrong at the end: although we’d booked the table for noon, a young woman came over at 1.25 and asked us to leave because it was booked for someone else. I hadn’t finished my coffee and had to rush it, even though we’d paid for the meal. I asked whether we could move somewhere else to finish it and maybe have pudding, but she never came back to let us know. Otherwise, awesome 😀☘️

The meal was excellent, beautifully presented, and the service was just as good. We really appreciated that, especially in 2021 when so many places were short-staffed. We’d booked for midday Friday but traffic meant we couldn’t arrive until 1pm. After we called to explain, the staff were very accommodating, which was especially kind with our toddler along. Definitely recommend.

The roast dinner was honestly the best I’ve had when eating out. The owners were lovely and the service was fabulous. The restaurant itself is bright and airy, beautifully decorated, with a nice lounge area and family games to play while waiting. Not a bad word to say.

The views are lovely, and the staff were attentive and friendly. Good quality food at a fair price. I’d definitely recommend it.
