The Cosy Team were excellent with communication and service, and the location made getting to York's attractions easy, most are under a 10-minute walk away. The apartment was lovely, modern and comfortable, with all the amenities we could want. We'd happily recommend it and return.

We stayed in Apartment 2 and really liked it. It was very clean and nicely decorated, and the location was ideal, close to York Minster and the shambles, with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. I'd highly recommend it.

We were here for my brother's graduation, and the apartment's location made meals easy, with lots of restaurants and pubs nearby for breakfast and dinner. The stay was great: comfy beds, spacious rooms and lovely decor. I also thought it was really cool that the apartment covers two floors of the building. I can't remember the last time I stayed somewhere laid out like that. My only real gripe was the weak wifi on the lower floor, where I kept getting disconnected. Otherwise, I thought it was wonderful.

We rented a property in York that they manage, and Mika was super helpful throughout. Communication was quick and good. The parking permit caused a problem, which they dealt with very promptly. That's the main reason I wanted to leave a review, and I really appreciated how they handled it, hence the 5 stars.
