We had a good stay and would use the property again. It's close to the town centre, though it could use a bit of TLC.

I suppose it was okay for one night. The shower pressure was too weak for me to wash my hair, and it's not a power shower. Parking can be a bit of a nightmare when there are no spaces left. There's a paid car park opposite.

The place was very rundown and dirty. There were cobwebs, torn sofas and dead flies on the window ledges. The garden area was badly overgrown, and the outdoor cigarette ashtray was overflowing.

The kitchen facilities were great, and we had clean rooms and comfortable beds with everything we needed. It's a brilliant base for exploring the city. I'd recommend it 100%.

A real gem. We loved our stay: the place was really nice and close to the city centre, and the landlord went out of his way to accommodate our needs. Thanks, A1, five stars.
